My first visit with Dr. Nichols. Took his time and was very thorough. I will be going back to him when I need to see an ENT again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good ENT.

Dr. Nichols lost his compassion and bed side manner. Mom is 89 yrs old and he shows no regards towards her pain and just says there’s nothing I can give you for the pain and proceeds to suction her ear with no warning just starts with his suctioning. Mom was in tears. I do not appreciate his mannerism even afterwards nothing. Just says keep ears dry. At the follow up his very short and says they will be in to explain his instructions. Not at all happy with his services. His staff people are far more compassionate and caring and Dr. Nichols needs to learn from them on the basics of being a caring, compassionate and professional doctor.

Very experienced doctor. The moment he looked into my ear, he knew it was infected. Did a good job of cleaning my ear. He even called me to get ear-drops to prevent the spread of the bacteria infection. Thank you, doc.

I've seen Dr. Nichols for several years and he's always been able to take care of my needs. He's knowledgeable, answers my questions, patient, and kind. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Nichols may have a degree but he surely doesn't know much about auditory processing or acoustics in general. I have a rare hearing condition known as dysacusis, and he didn't even know what that was. He was basically useless as he recommended getting an mri both times I visited; it's worth noting that even with an mri, it would not guarantee a solution for my treatment. He also forgot to mention that the mri could cost up to $1200, but I guess that doesn't register to his tone deaf, wealthy lifestyle.

Had an appointment and vacation day planned for weeks. I called to confirm my appointment it was cancelled. Spoke with Carla, very unapologetic said its not her fault.
Not the doctor or office I want to pay for.
Beware very uncaring go somewhere else

I gave it a three for cleanliness and short wait time. Also, everyone is allowed a second chance. It won’t be from me though. I’m not a doctor but I’ve been to three who all told me to try OTC medicine. I thought he would have at least tried a different approach. What can I do about persistent congestion that doesn’t require taking a steroid daily. I didn’t feel heard by this Dr. If you want someone who will think outside of the box and who will actually address your concerns save your time and your money. I was prodded, made to feel ignorant for asking questions and ignored. He had no answers to any of my concerns. I learned more from YouTube. Disappointed. I cancelled my next appointment.
