Highly recommend, Dr Michelle and her staff are amazing. She has worked wonders with deep lines I had in my forehead from sun scarring and age. I also love Tina and would tell anyone to sign up for the monthly facial membership keeps your skin fresh and she does a fab job. Worth every penny, and if you’re questioning where to go - go here, really! I rarely write reviews but I know I wasn’t sure where to go until my friend recommended Dr Michelle, so hope this helps someone else who may not have a trusted referral.

Your first step into the beautiful office of Austin Cosmetic Surgery is only the beginning of your experience of an elegant, yet humble home. Dr. Michelle is one of the most amazing people I've had the pleasure of knowing. She truly has skills and experience with a multitude of facets in life. The wonderful nurses are like what you may remember from "back in the day" or a movie. They're kind, caring, follow-up, compassionate and beautiful.
I finally decided to get a facelift. I knew only Dr. Michelle could understand my face. I do not look differently, as in "worked on" or weird at all. I look lime myself, just younger again. Like when your hair is drying in a towel and it pulls your face back. She is talented and intelligent in a way that cannot be bought with even higher education and more extensive board memberships. Dr. Michelle is truly that talented and an artist!

You will be taken care of beyond satisfaction. All of these ladies are some of my favorite women ever!

Roshana, Natalie, Haylee and Jonathan have all been so sweet, attentive, thorough and responsive from my initial consultation thru my surgeries and post surgery care. The results from my abdominoplasty, breast reconstruction and augmentation have been amazing. I suffered from diastasis recti and had major scarring and issues from child bearing. Dr. Michelle has given my life back! I had a horrible experience with a filler. Another doc injected the wrong type of filler which created a several months of me covering my face with makeup and wearing big glasses/hats. I was so miserable and went to different specialists but no one could help. I’m a physician myself and felt that no one could help! I met Dr.Michelle, she offered to help me and honestly my level of hope was very low but I could tell she knew what she was talking about and I felt I could trust her. Love love this place! The girls are spot on with recommendations and they are very attentive throughout the whole process. Michelle and her team host informational happy hours to discuss product and services. The facials are amazing and comfortable music and atmosphere.

I had diastases and with surgery and the strength and conditioning exercises it was a perfect mommy transition. The facials help with toning and lifting because I have yet to get injections, the self care naturally is a perfect alternative.

I’m not one for giving reviews, but with the results from my surgery are amazing!! I don’t have to look at myself in the mirror and tell myself that I look disgusting.
Now, I always look at myself and tell myself how beautiful I am and how I’m going to be even happier once the swelling is down.

I hate to say this but I’m glad her ex husband isn’t there anymore. I’d never recommend him to anyone. He’s the one who botched me up. I went to her for help. She offered to refer me to his new location but I told her he revised me once, and I still looked horrible!! Dr Michelle Cabret listened to me and gave me what I really wanted.
