Dr. Busse was extremely thorough in her exam and was able to improve my daughter's glasses prescription above and beyond what two previous optometrist visits could accomplish. My daughter was thrilled at the improvement in her vision when trying on her new glasses for the first time!

Dr. Megyn Busse has been an incredible blessing to our family for the past 17 years. She is the only doctor in town who has been able to provide the expert care my child, now a young adult, needed. We scheduled an eye appt with Dr. Busse 3 months in advance for Dec. only for us to get a call three weeks before our appt to tell us that it was an error and they are not scheduling on said date and provided us a rescheduled date of Feb 2025. Is it our fault that the staff made the mistake? No. So why should we be penalized for it. There’s no wait list and no sympathy shown at all for the error Even told my wife that she could cancel the Feb appt if she didn’t want to wait. The heck? No consideration at all, guess my daughter and her eye issue is just another number for them. This review is simply based on staff, not the doctor for we have to wait over 2 more months for that experience unless we can find another provider. Ridiculous

The doctors love their job, it shows in their positive attitude. The lady upfront checking everyone in is very nice. My son is hyperactive, so having so many toys to play with keeps him busy while we wait. ?

Love coming here Dr Busse is awesome!! Has always been welcoming and gets right to business when I bring my son. The place is super cute from the decor to the area the kids can play in. Not to mention love that there is a charging station for cellphone comes in handy. The only thing I did not like is that it was hot when we where there for our appointment not sure if the a/c was off but it was HOT outside and in the building. The only thing I did not like is the rude a** staff. They do not pay attention and act as if they are busy on the phone or doing something when in reality they are gossipping. Other than that love coming to see Dr Busse and she deserves the 5 ⭐ for been so awesome.

I saw Dr. Busse for an ongoing problem with double vision that has created all kinds of problems for me. She was able to diagnose the cause and presented several options for solutions which she discussed with me: I chose to go the route of corrective prism glasses. Dr. Busse referred me to an excellent optician who has experience filling prescriptions for prism glasses, which are not routinely done. I chose Dr. Busse because she is a graduate of Baylor Medical School. Many people I know in the medical community agree that doctors who graduate from Baylor Medical School are some of the very best trained medical professionals. I have found that to be the case. It’s obvious that this is the case with Dr. Busse. I feel incredibly fortunate that she is here in Austin and I would recommend her to anyone of any age who is dealing with complex vision issues.

Dr. Busse is wonderful! My daughter always enjoys her visit. The staff is great. I had a few family emergencies this month, and Liz went out of her way to get us rescheduled and accommodated. Not to mention your kind words during a difficult time were very comforting. Thank you Dr. Busse and stuff for all you do!
