Liked everything about my first ever visit to a dermatologist! Staff was friendly, nurse was helpful and super nice, and the doctor was attentive and excellent! I didn't wait long to be called for my appointment and Dr. Viernes didn't make me feel rushed at all when I had a few questions for him. Overall, excellent treatment and experience! Thank you to the team at ARC!!

I am a woman so maybe that was h‘s problem, but he was completely unable to understand anything I was telling him and all he wanted to do was argue. When I asked him to take some blood to check out what I was telling him he refused. He couldn’t listen and he couldn’t help me. He was no good as a doctor and completely Incompetent.

If I could give less than 1 star would go for that… will never recommend it. The staff is rude and completely useless. I had an appointment at 8:45 AM and was stuck in traffic. As responsible patient informed the call back number about the delay. I was told that they can still see me. Reaching the office the receptionist says you are late so you will be waiting for 30 min, 1 hr can’t say or you can reschedule. Why they did not right in rule book that if you are late due to any reason you will be waiting for indefinite period. Why was I told that I can still be seen? They have poor internal communication between the Desk and Nurse Practitioner. No management skill. Complete waste of time!!!

Dr. Viernes was friendly and professional. He was patient with my indecision about removing a mole. And when I had the mole removed it was painless. His PA was very friendly and I really enjoyed talking to her while she got me situated.
