Dr. Lugo is great, however, she is not longer available for her patients, to see her you have to wait months. The nurses are helpful, but the staff in the front desk lacks customer service skills.
My friend another patient of Dr. Lugo was diagnosed with TB and has other health issues, she fainted during a walking Dr. appointment with the nurse and had to go to the emergency, they never follow up with her, even I have to write to the Dr.Lugo asking for support for my friend who didn’t have any relatives in town.
Also, I asked for a referral to to take TB test and it took months to finally get it.
It’s sad how the service I originally signed up for got discontinued.
I guess this is the new normal, but I get better treatment at the urgent cares.
I’m very disappointed.

Worst customer service ever, they treat you as they are paying your bill, very rude people. Then when you want to see the doctor, they tell you the next available appointment is in five months, but you can see the nurse practitioner which is waste of time, if you have a chance find Other Office, you will be so disappointed, if you take any test, they won’t call you, I’ve been waiting for my results for almost a year, this is unacceptable

I am delighted to share my experience with my primary doctor. From the very first visit, I have been consistently impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. They have a remarkable ability to listen attentively and address all my concerns, making me feel valued as a patient. Moreover, their warm demeanor and friendly nature create a comforting atmosphere during appointments. I am truly grateful to have such a dedicated and compassionate primary doctor who has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional healthcare.

However, this review is for the poor services provided by the receptionist and scheduling team and how difficult is to have an appointment with less that 6 months. When you care about others you hire more people to assist all the patience's . Unfortunately, this is one of the cases that you cant wait until you get worse unless you are willing to wait 6 or 9 months to see Dr. Lugo

Dr. Lugo has been the best doctor I've had in my life, I trust her like I've never trusted a doctor before. She is knowledgable and wise. She thinks outside of the box for solutions that might suit you and your special needs-possibly targeting the root cause of the issue instead of following the norm/system. She takes her time to listen in a loving empathic way. She is very gentle and caring with kids and adolescents too.

Love Dr. Lugo! She's so professional yet down to earth. She takes all the time in the world to listen to what's going on with you and discuss how to best proceed. That being said, you may have to wait a long time to be seen, but it's worth it in my opinion to have trust in your doctor. Highly recommend her :)!

Dr. Lugo is one of the most attentive, kind and compassionate doctors I have met. She investigates patients concerns and seeks to get to the root cause of an issue rather than prescribing a bandaid. Dr. Lugo is simply one of the best doctors around.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this medical practice. Communication and follow-up are lacking. Staff answering the phone seem put out. Felt more like a number than a patient.
