I've never felt scammed from a doctor before this. I went in with lower back pain. When telling him details, he ignored all my concerns and everything I said. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. He told me to take muscle relaxers and basically pushed me out the door but not before charging $350 for a 5 minute, useless visit. Now I have to go to a real doctor and pay more.

I could say this is one of the worst (or the worst) doctors I've ever visited. He just seems to be interested on making profit out of insurance. The check up last less than 5 minutes, he does not really dive deep into trying to find a solution for your health issue, he just send you a few pills to cover the consequence but does not get to the root of the problem. It is disappoint because a professional like this should demonstrate to be passionate for helping and healing people. Ps. The personnel there is really nice though.

I had blood work done a month prior to today. I was scheduled today for the follow up and their computer isn’t working. Instead of telling me or rescheduling me they checked me in and ran me through all the normal processes. I sat in the room waiting for the doctor. He came in, made small talk, and told me he doesn’t have the results because the computer is down. Wanted to schedule me three months out for another follow up. I said I am only scheduled today for the results and he decided to argue with me and state that he “apologized and there’s nothing else I can do”. I asked why I wasn’t alerted prior or in the lobby and he said the nurses do not have that information. Ok, but why am I here? It’s been nearly two weeks since they lost the computer that has the results on it. So long story short, I am being bathed for this visit regardless and completely wasted my time. Extremely unprofessional behavior and Dr. Tannenbaum was very rude and argued a pointless charge. I will not just show up to pay you for nothing.

Dear Doctor Tannenbaum Alan L MD , My health care of United Health care of medicare they are happy I am going to your other location at Fort Myers location that you and Lauren the medical assistant will be taking good care of me on August 19th 2020 . Doctor Alan if you are working tomorrow can you have Lauren your medical assistant call me . My back isn't doing okay because of what you said of my lower part of my back from what you saw of the MRI that was done on my back . Thank you Doctor Alan for doing an outstanding job of being a wonderful doctor to me and to others you see at your locations . It would be cool whenever you expand is maybe having your locations to where you all work at and that you oversee your staff members is maybe having a on call doctor be on call for you for SOS in the evenings . Because other places at a doctors office has there places called after hours open in the evenings for when people aren't doing okay for them to see there doctors . So if possible can you maybe see about adding only SOS for patients like me and others you see is doing a thing called telephone calls, and checking to see how people are doing with there health's ? As a suggestion or idea . Let me know if you like the idea Doctor Tannenbaum ..

Charged my husband $500.00 for an office visit & (a few) blood tests!!! We are self pay & these were "standard" blood tests. Nothing out of the ordinary, to be charged this much-price gouging!!

Terrible. Acted like my buddy in my 1st visit. Called me “bro”. Didn’t listen to a word I said. Checked nothing. Asked for a flu shot. Nurse forgot. Had to remind her. Totally unprofessional. One of those NY quacks.

I need burn cream I get some 1st 2nd and 3rd degree burns at work and all he wants is for me to come in and spend the 30 dollar payment. He will not call a simple script in to Publix to help me out unfounity he wants the money more then he wants to help me I am very disappointed in his service
