Before the appointment I gave my insurance information by phone ,
When I arrive yesterday for my appointment, the doctor tall me she had not the information from my insurance Anthem HMO for a
regular cleaning so she has to find out and she will call me next week ,so I have to leave …..She could have tell me this by phone !

The dentist will refuse to listen to her patients over wanting to remove teeth that only have surface stains. A bit abrasive and old school in thought. Don’t recommend if you’re a patient that listens to your own body and simply knows better.
ALWAYS question your physicians/dentist. They’re simply robots indoctrinated through American government education and most don’t continue education even decades after getting their degrees.

I have been going to Dr. Mai for over 10 years. She has been nothing but Outstanding. Flor, her assistance is so awesome. Before I hated to go to the Dentist and then a co-worker recommend Dr. Mai - Best recommendation I received. I am very comfortable going now. Dr. Mai and Flor both explain exactly what they are going to do every time. They even take the time to discuss what is going on with myself and family. Which makes me even more comfortable with going there.
