I accompanied my friend for her first time visit to Dr Reyes office. She was treated like a second rate person. The office insisted she did not have an appointment when she absolutely had an appointment. Dr Reyes would not see her because she did not have her medical card with her. She did have her ID and has never had to show her medical card at doctors offices. They have always looked it up. she was told she could not be seen and also they suggest that she go to urgent care. She is very ill and needed to see a doctor immediately. It took 3 weeks to get the appointment. Worst experience she's ever had with a doctor and I cannot believe the treatment and what seemed to be discrimination against my friend. I would not recommend her and suggest avoiding it all cost.

Very horrible Doctor. Dr. MARTHA REYES refused to see my grandmother and give her a refill of medication. Everytime we call and leave messages no one answers the phone or returns our calls. My grandmother has high blood pressure and needs her meds but Dr. Reyes refuses to refill them. What a way to treat your patients. My Grandmother has been going to this practice for 40+ years and when her doctor retired (Dr. Gardner), she went to Dr. Reyes. And we regret that decision. I will be talking to an attorney about patient abandonment and we will be looking at other charges that need to be brought to light. Don’t ever go see Dr. Martha Reyes. She does not care for her patients, she is only there to collect a check.

Worst front desk staff at her new location where I had been going with Dr. Gardner for over 40 years. I was there today as a walk in and myself and another patient were informed they no longer take walk ins blaming it on Dr. Gardner, that it was his fault that he didn't communicate that with his patients. I tried telling her that wasn't the way they saw patients the last time I was there to see Dr. Reyes and she rudely said I'm not talking to you I'm talking to her as she points to the other patient. Time to start looking for a new Dr.

Dr. Reyes does not offer any empathy to her patients and is dismissive of the concerns the patients express, the patient seems more of an inconvenience for this doctor.
The office staff is unfriendly. We would not recommend this clinic or this doctor.

Dr. Reyes has been my physician for over two years. She has been one of the best doctors from a standpoint of care and concern that I've come across in all my adult life. At 60 and heart disease, I need a good primary care doctor. Will stay with her as long as I can.

My boyfriend has been going to this office for well over a year @%&
has been waiting for well over a year for a Gastro Referral We have
called over and over letting #%$ had cancer and per the Oncologist !@# has had many checkups with in the past year has talked to the doctor about the referral and still nothing without the referral he can’t be seen I just called the office to find out who and when was it sent I was told by Sandra (front office) that they would need to resend the referral over again I asked to speak with the office manager I was told they have no office manager and I wasn't able to speak to anyone cause they are busy with other patients I then told her well &%@ is a patient as well and has been waiting for over a year I was told by we would get a call back later today sometime
and that is a lie NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK FROM ANYONE and THE GASTRO OFFICE NEVER GETS THE REFERRAL FROM DR MARTHA REYES OFFICE I WOULD NEVER SEND ANYONE TO THIS THIS OFFICE FOR ANY REASON.
