I am currently studying at Gisma University in Potsdam and doing my Bachelor degree, and I can only highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great private university in Germany. My experience so far has been nothing short of amazing! The services they offer are excellent, and I truly cannot complain about anything. The staff is incredibly supportive, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and professional. I’m excited for the years ahead and feel confident that I’m getting the best education and support possible. Gisma University has definitely exceeded my expectations!

I have been asked to provide feedback and submit a five-star review; however, I can only offer two stars. While the university itself is not inherently problematic, the overall atmosphere leaves much to be desired.
As a student, I have encountered numerous payment issues due to frequent mistakes from the finance department and a lack of timely updates. Additionally, the registry team has demonstrated a concerning attitude. For instance, a classmate of mine who failed her pre-master was informed that "it's a business, and there's nothing we can do." Yet, when discrepancies arise in grades that are the university's fault, there is no acknowledgment or apology.
The demeanor of some staff members from Registry department has been notably unprofessional, often coming across as rude and disrespectful. One staff member seemed visibly annoyed to be interacting with students. If her role is indeed a business-oriented one, it is crucial to remember that students are customers who pay tuition fees and contribute to salaries.
As a senior staff member, it is essential to foster a supportive environment, especially for students from diverse backgrounds and cultures. A more empathetic approach would greatly enhance the experience for all students.
