100% Excellent, Awesome, Beautiful work from a very caring and professional person. Leonel Ortiz and his crew went over and beyond the agreed upon contract. He is a very detailed oriented person and showed great concern about the defects of my house. He used premium products on my house as he replaced damaged wood and painted my 3009 sf. house. He has now been hired as my personal home improvement expert from this day forth because he is honest and a man of his word. I will be seeing you soon Leonel if God says the same. Leonel surpassed all my expectations - he is quick to respond, shows up on time, and gets the job done in a timely manner. He runs his business with a heart for helping others. In any remodel you are sure to run into some unforeseen issues; our 30+ yr old house had some plumbing issues come up - Leonel communicated the issue and each attempt to trouble shoot with me and was ultimately able to fix the issue in a cost effective way. Leonel's team helped with a number of projects: removal & replacement of molded exterior wood fascia, removal & replacement of rain gutters, new grass, clean up of flower beds, bathroom vanity replacement, replacement of some plumbing fixtures, and a number of others. I look forward to working with Leonel and his team in the future
