Esthetician was nice and friendly, but unfortunately the results of my facial were not great. I left there with skin that was worse than when I came there. When you splurge on a “feel-good” facial, you hope to leave feeling good, but I left feeling self conscious and with dry, bruised, and eventually scabbed over skin. I have gotten diamond glow facials elsewhere and never had this end result. Hen I reached out about my dissatisfaction, I was told to just hydrate my skin.
Hope that they figure out what went wrong here and correct this so it doesn’t happen again to future clients. Unhappy with the result at the price I paid.

My Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Experience
*WARNING CONSUMERS*
I am writing due to a series of deeply unsatisfactory experiences I have encountered. I have always been transparent about my previous procedures, but my experience with your organization has been the worst by far on multiple levels.
Initially, I was advised to purchase a lower-cost package since I use the product more frequently. However, during my first visit, while the service was acceptable, I quickly noticed that the Botox did not last as long as expected, and I found it to be more expensive than usual.
During my second visit, the doctor was unavailable, and I was attended to by a physician's assistant who began injecting product into my face without proper consultation. I immediately noticed that the results, particularly with my lips, were not what I had anticipated. I expressed my concerns before leaving, especially regarding my top lip, but was told to wait a few days for the results to settle. Now, a year later, I am still dealing with inconsistent results in my lips. I chose not to return for corrections because I was informed that the costs would be excessively high.
To elaborate, the doctor who administered the injections used over 30 additional units compared to my previous experiences, not just a difference of 5 or 10 units. This resulted in a shocking charge of $750+ more than I had reasonably expected. I had clearly communicated my budget before the visit, and I even have a voicemail confirming my concerns about potential overcharging.
The situation escalated further when I requested that the office manager adjust the funds based on my initial expectations. Instead of a resolution, I received a demand letter threatening criminal charges and was informed that they would not address my lip concerns without upfront payment. This experience has left me feeling extorted, and I firmly believe that your company does not adhere to ethical practices.
I should have been informed about the number of units being injected and given the opportunity to sign off on this. The results have visibly damaged my appearance, and I have a noticeable lump in my lips. I never received confirmation from a doctor regarding the procedures performed.
It is unacceptable for any company to treat consumers in this manner. No one has attempted to rectify the situation or take accountability for the mistakes made. Consumers must be informed and consent to the units being injected; charging for excess units without prior agreement is unethical.
I am seeking legal representation because I believe my experience warrants serious consideration. This should not happen to anyone, and I cannot endorse a company that operates in such a manner.

Everyone at L-Aesthetics/Cedar Park has been wonderful. The staff and Andi couldn't be kinder. I have detested my deep lip lines for so long...Andi was great to explain with exceptional candor what she thought was best. All dermal fillers are expensive, but I was, very thoughtfully, given options that others never attempted to mention. They were very patient & understanding with my scheduling (a few unexpected cancelations that I absolutely had to make) and then happily and cordially getting me on their calendar quickly, again. They are all truly thoughtful and not the least bit judgemental (I have unfortunately been through that negativity in prior consultations....not here!) I live close to 40 minutes away and happily made the drive...TWICE! I felt very trusting of Andi's advice, knowledge and total understanding. Brie and staff were beautifully accommodating. Andi is great!! She takes the time to explain things thoroughly, gives me options, shows me results and more importantly makes sure I am happy. I was worried with Bailey not coming to Cedar Park anymore (because she's awesome) but Andi is fantastic!! Love this place and all their staff!!

I highly recommend L Aesthetics (Cedar Park)! The entire team was wonderful & made me feel welcome. The office is clean, organized, & inviting. The front desk staff varied by visit, but were all friendly & accommodating. Andi, the PA who provided my treatments, was professional, knowledgeable, & thorough. She walked me through my concerns & options. And for the best part, the results; my face, especially smile lines & frown lines, have improved dramatically!! I look much less tired, brighter, & like my younger self, haha. I will definitely be returning!

I can’t say enough about my visit. The ladies in the front were so accommodating and very welcoming. I worked with the PA and she made sure that I was comfortable during my services and talked me through it. I came in for my second vist and they showed me my before pictures ...wow, I was amazed. I never thought I looked that tired. I am so thinkful for everything she did and I admire her knowledge and skills. I am a believer and will continue coming here .

Thieves! The L-team seemed very nice at booking the appointment and though the process of the procedure. Emphasis on the SEEMED part. Once I showed up and let them know I had a Groupon then the manipulation began. I have only ever received 15 to max 20 units of botox in areas of my forehead. This fact was made very clear to the receptionist. The receptionist then asked me if I would be interested in receiving a little more than 20. I said that I would consider that since I was looking to add a couple of units above the brow. Thinking I would pay for about 5 more units or so. A gentlemen (not sure of his name) that is part owner, came in and asked me what I would like. I told him the same, that I usually get just 15 units but moved up to 20 units in the last year as I started receiving injections not just between the eyebrows but now on the forehead. That the max I have ever received was 20. I told him that I wouldn't mind getting a slight brow lift. he had me make a mad face and to work he went. he was very informative about how long he has been doing this and what he knows and just like that he was done. We walk back to the receptionist desk to check out. The part owner then tries to promote a face lotion to purchase (super expensive), and I kindly decline and say maybe next time. The receptionist with a smiles looks at me says ok, that will be $245! This is on top of the Groupon that I purchased. I was shocked! Beyond shocked. I asked what for and if she put in my Groupon. She looked at me like she was speaking to a complete idiot. She then went on to say you had 22 additional units at blah blah per unit soooo. Again like she was speaking to a moron. I was so embarrassed and felt as if I was cheap. Very humiliated. Again, to grasp what just happened, I ask for clarification as I slowly pulled out my CC, so he just gave me 42 units? And she said very nonchalant, yeah. I could not understand how they never asked how many units I was comfortable getting. Without a doubt had they have asked me if I was ok with an additional 22 units, I would of hell No'd the heck out of it! I never want that much in my face at any given point. AND then gets worse, I wait 3, weeks, 3 weeks and now 4 weeks and I can have movement between the eyes and forehand. It is like I received 20 units. which I am fine with, but they claim they gave me 42 units!! I honestly feel they lied about what they gave me. I have requested to speak with the owner, and she did return my call when I was working and left me a voicemail to call her back. I did and still waiting to speak to her.
Update: Called again, no answer. Got a text message that someone would call me back and that has still yet to happen.

I just had the best experience at Jon Ric! I had to share! This was my first time getting lip injections and I was extremely nervous! The staff was so kind and made the whole experience so easy! They were very patient and made sure I was extremely comfortable! Jen was the awesome lady who did my injections and she made sure she was going to meet all of my needs/expectations and made sure I knew exactly what I was doing, and that I made the right choice for ME! I recommend her to anyone and everyone. My husband got me a gift card for Mother’s Day and a beauty basket which also entered me in the drawing to win a $500 gift basket which I ended up winning as well! What an awesome day and a wonderful experience! I can’t wait to go back for my facial and to get my hair done!
