I recently had the pleasure of interviewing with Nathan, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we began, he was warm, professional, and incredibly personable. Nathan made me feel comfortable and at ease, allowing me to showcase my skills and qualifications without feeling rushed or pressured.

His questions were insightful, and he clearly has a deep understanding of the industry. What stood out the most was how well he communicated the vision and values of the company. It’s evident that he genuinely cares about the people he works with and for.

Overall, Nathan turned what can sometimes be a nerve-wracking experience into a positive and enjoyable conversation. I’m excited about the potential to work with someone like him.

Our company has had repeated issues with delivery and pick ups. It took over 2 weeks and several rescheduled pick ups the last time we dealt with them. This current shipment takes the cake though! We ordered an engine through summit racing and they shipped it with R and L. We received the appointment message that it would arrive between noon and 4 today. At 4:30 I checked the shipping and it was out for delivery.... in California!! The engine was going from Arlington, Tx to Springtown, Tx (and hour apart) but somehow ended up in CALIFORNIA! When I called them they verified all of the info was correct.... so how does a 400lb engine ended up halfway across the freaking country!! Sidenote, Brittnay at the Dallas office was extremely helpful and kind in helping get things sorted out.

That is our driveway where they left 2 very heavy packages which they expect me to pick it up since its so convenient to them and blocking the driveway is acceptable. Its nearer to the neighbors door than at my door! We have a very wide front of the house free to put at but they chose to drop it there. I called their customer service after I discovered that they just left it all in there but the person who I talked to says they deliver like Amazon does, (THEIR VERSION OF CURBSIDE DELIVERY) FYI AMAZON NEVER DELIVERS MY PACKAGES THERE, THEY DELIVER IT IN MY FRONT DOOR ALL THE TIME. IF I SEE A COMPANY USES YOUR COMPANY I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM. ALSO YOUR DELIVERY GUYS DESTROYED MY PACKAGE. And if you reply to this message asking me for more details I already gave enough details describing your service and I won't ever want to give this company another chance.

Called them last week to confirm. They beat their window by 10 minutes today. Driver had street and zip no street number. He called, delivered 230 lbs of batteries inside my garage. We talked football for 5 minutes. Great experience.

This is a great company to work for Mr. Nathan and Sgt.Campbell they both made sure I was comfortable they both are very professional I’m so glad that I’m working here ?

These guys are horrible about being consistent with pickups. We have tried our best to work with them and twice we have been at the shop waiting for pickup and both time were a no show. One of the times being on a Friday.

Administrator Sibley Dallas

Absolute worst carrier in the business. This is widely known. They will leave your delivery in an alley, on the sidewalk, in the middle of the street…wherever is most convenient for them. They do not care. This morning I was greeted by a driver that refused to drop my delivery 4 feet inside the property line on top of plywood and hardie board laid down to support the lift cart. Only after a heated discussion was I able to convince him to push it onto the property. Of course when he did so we had no issues and the cart rolled right onto the support. Just unnecessary grief and frustration I absolutely hate dealing with R and L. I will never allow any vendor to deliver using this company if I can help it. Absolutely the worst company in the business. Zero stars.

This company has repeatedly been incredibly unhelpful. They tell their drivers to leave your items outside wherever it’s convenient. When you are getting deliveries that are large and heavy this is super frustrating because it’s not like you can drag it in. I always clear out large space in my garage and the drivers refuse to put the items in there.

The company slogan is “curbside delivery” and they make sure that’s all you get.

If you are comfortable with your large items being left out in the rain, being placed in the way of your car so you can’t go anywhere, this is the company for you.

I will purposely only buy from vendors who do not use this service moving forward.
