First time seeing a GI doctor under my medical plan. This office was comfy and clean. The doctor listened to some questions I had about a recent diagnosis. Check in was a breeze since it was all on line. Wait time was about MAYBE 10 minutes when I saw the doctor. Glad I found this office and provider. Good experience!

I was very impressed with both Dr. Chin-Lue and the practice staff. Everything I needed to fill out as a new patient was available online, I was called back to the examining room early and the doctor came in on time (or maybe even a few minutes early) - no being dumped in a room only to wait 30 minutes or more for someone to show up. Such a refreshing change of pace!

The doctor was personable and I felt he was listening to what I was saying. I left, understanding the plan of attack and what my next steps needed to be.

Based on my initial consult, I’d definitely recommend Dr. Chin-Lue.

I was greeted right away. I was taken back on time. Very pleasant young man took my BP. Dr. Chin-Lu soon came into the room after knocking. He listened to my comments, made some suggestions along with questions to make sure I understood. I can’t think of anything that could have been handled differently. Waiting area and patient rooms were both clean.
