First of all, they never notified us that our goods arrived. Second of all, they charged us for storage for 2 days, over $1000, even though our goods were on customs hold and we weren’t allowed to take them. We had to pay for storage and 3-4 of their fees, besides their processing fee. Then we couldn’t pay in cash, only via their website, where they charged additional $46 for credit card fee. No one would talk to us, they just say “there’s nothing we can do” and leave. Worst experience ever!
