Dr. Tacquard was very methodical and double checked some test results to make sure they were correct and make sense of them. She explained thoroughly what the results indicated, what could be the possible causes and the possible treatments.

One star only because zero stars are unavailable. After booking an appointment in late September for mid February (first available) I received a text message after Christmas informing me my appointment had been cancelled. I had to call to find out why and was given an appointment for later in February. Now at the end of January I am being asked to move my appointment to March. This is clearly an indication of how this practice is run and it’s a circus. This lack of customer consideration is completely unacceptable.
