That was the first reason that made the image of "Germany" start collapsing in my mind. For 250 euros approximately, one expected to have more comfort than a 11m² room and ¼ space in a SMALL-SIZE-FRIDGE shared with 4 people!!!
In addition, no WiFi and one has to pay additional fees for cable Internet monthly and buy his own WiFi router (5€). Small open space at the end of the corridor that barely fits 6 people. Small kitchen that fits 3 people at maximum with no more than one person cooking. Room full of old fourniture that makes feel in the 70's with that gray-blue old floor carpet. An elevator that makes the adrenaline level goes up every time one gets in it. 3 laundry machines and 1 dry machine for 160 rooms!!!!!!
That was litteraly the worst experience I had as an international student.
PS : the one star for the nice view from the 7th floor. Nevertheless, if I was in the Right side of the floor and got the sun every late afternoon that turns the room into an oven in the summer, I would have done everything to rate this negative stars.

Pros:
Rooms are accommodated with essential furnitures
Cleaning service (twice every week)
There is accessibility to Lidl (grocery store) 3 min by walking
Good for making connections and friends

Cons:
Rooms are so small
Kitchens is tiny with no oven and microwave
Really small fridge that you have to share it even!
Toilet and bathroom is shared with at least 4 people
Literally no living room
No terrace
Rooms are not bright enough (gloomy)

The rooms are good and big, the facilitues are not good, the building is old and the common places is a mess! Very small kitchen and the stove is a joke! Bathroom and toilet is very old fashion and seems not so clean! The refrigerator is out of quality. The view and location is interesting. Be aware that you would not have internet in your room!!! You have to apply for that and also pay for it. You will need a router for multi connection cause tge internet provider will ask for your Wap MAC address. In general there very new, neat, clean other residences in the city only some hundered meters away which have very good facilities and they are in good conditions. You have to share thd bathroom and the small kitchen with 3 other people.
