I’m only giving this 2 stars because they were very friendly. However, I am truly disappointed with my nails! My friends and I came in to get our nails done 5/14. I got gel on my toes and hands. I got the signature gel manicure. I noticed last minutes that the gentlemen doing my nails did not do a callus treatment on my feet which is included in the pedicure, no big deal. It’s now Monday and all I’ve done is go to the gym and my nails look horrible. They are lifting, chipped look as if my nails have already grown out! I’ve had gel on my nails plenty of times and I have never had an issue after only two days! One of my friends said that one of her nails popped off! Very disappointed. I would walk back and request my nails to be fixed but my friends and I are from out of town. Spent 166 plus a $20 for nails that only looked nice for one day. I might as well just got regular polish.

The nail tech was rushed and careless and created open wounds on my hands and feet and I now have my first ever paronychia infection. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and strongly advise anyone needing a manicure or pedicure to look elsewhere.

I got my nails done yesterday. One nail broke down to the nub because of it being so fragile from the drilling. And I still see the drill ridges through 3 coats of polish. This photo is only ONE day after my appointment.

I previously had a rubber base on my nails from another salon, and I’ve had it removed gently with a drill, and it’s been fine in the past - and I was left with strong, healthy nails.

This tech used the drill on my nails pretty aggressively, to the point where there were lots of ridges engraved on my nails and they were fragile. She did try to smooth it over, but the ridges were already deep. It felt like she was rushing. She painted over my nails and there were ridges from the drill showing, so we had to do 3 coats. And while on my last coat, she turned to a coworker with my hands still in hers and she said “can I just leave after I’m done with her?” - it just further confirmed that rushed / didn’t want to be there feeling I was getting.

I was really trying to believe the best, but my overall experience left a very negative taste about this place.

What a wonderful experience! I’ve been going here my whole life and am hardly disappointed. Yesterday I came and neece did my acrylics a beautiful chrome color and it came out better than expected I’m obsessed! I also got a wonderful French gel pedicure that the man who did them took his time to make them perfect and I love the result! I recommend the cucumber pedicure! Thank you tnl!!

Nishia and Patty are my faves!

I came to T&L nails once with a friend and I’ve never forgotten how great of a job they’ve done. Their work is truly perfection and I can always rely on Nishia and Patty to paint my nails so precisely and cleanly. They have an amazing selection of colors and I always get compliments on them! So many brands and so many unique options!

This shop is clean, organized, and can always provide me with booking in a reasonable time. T&L is worth the drive and I will definitely keep coming back!

Hit or miss. This time was a MISS. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had which is unfortunate because my lady was really nice. But I kept telling her there were lumps in the polish and she gave it a small attempt at fixing and then put the clear polish over them like she was done even though they were not smooth. Polish all over my skin. I was in a rush and was frustrated so I just paid and politely left
