Worse place to come to every is out dated needs to buy new material. Doctor doesn't really pay attention to what the patient needs everything is written down on paper . There isn't any privacy everyone can listen to your conversation. The new CNA doesn't does ask why the patient is here for just walks away . 1 star

I've been going to Dr. Valdez for several years and he is an excellent doctor and friendly to boot. He is thorough when he reviews your history and a good listener. When I need to see a specialist he will refer me without second guessing. Yes his office is busy and on occasion I've had a hard time getting through on the phone but for the most part 5 stars from me. A couple of times I wrote him letters and he promptly gave me a call. A nice personal touch. He's a skier so if you like to ski ask him if he's been to the slopes lately.

Dr Valdez is friendly and more importantly he is superb at what he does. I have been Dr Valdez's patient for nearly a decade. He has a busy practice for good reason: He is an outstanding physician!

His staff is attentive to detail, friendly and always show a real interest in what's going on in my life.

The receptionist (the lady with many years) ruined it...She has a major attitude problem a receptionist should make you feel welcomed not make you feel like you shouldn't be there...It was a rainy day when I went so I decided to wait for my husband to get out of work so he could help me with the kids (ages 2 and 1) it was around 3 a clock in the afternoon when we got there the place was empty noone in the waiting room and she was like next time if your not here at 8 am we aren't taking you in! My husband was like wth! what's her problem we didn't say anything cause we don't like to be confrontational but even after my Dr visit ended she still had attitude and it wasn't the first time she's given me attitude either...So I decided to look for a more friendlier place where they treat their patients with respect...Now don't get me wrong the nurse there was super friendly loved her A+ and the Dr. Valdez he's okay too...but it's important to treat people nicely and respectfully since the beginning and ending of your visit...I think people should feel welcomed at a Dr. office cause when people go they are worried/sick/afraid they are going to die because they decided to google their symptoms...that was my experience...

I've found Dr. Valdez's office unhelpful. They don't have answers to my questions, did not submit prior authorization as they said they would. They hardly answer the phone. I've been placed on hold then hung up on , more than once. I could not recommend to anybody.

The lady at the front desk is so rude ? I'm so done dealing with her I'm changing PSP ASAP doctor Valdez is ok but that lady no can do anymore you're going to lose a lot of patients because of her get rid of her fast
